I’ve been podcasting about books for over 15 years, and in that time I have reviewed hundreds of books, interviewed hundreds of authors, hosted live readings, guest starred on podcasts, written columns for websites, written interviews for magazines, been on panels at conferences, won several awards, and published one book.
The ARC Party
is a podcast focused on promoting books before they’re released. At my best, I am getting the word out to people about as many books as possible, and hopefully those people pre-order, request the books at their library, attend events, and participate in launch day fun.
A lot of my episodes have been interviews with authors, but I’ve also posted recordings of panels and other live events I’ve participated in, and I have a great series of Horror Preview episodes where I talk with industry experts about what books they’re looking forward to.
I also curate lists of books discussed in the podcast over on my Bookshop.org affiliate page, and ordering from those lists is a great way to support me!
Finally, if you’re into video podcasts, I have all of my episodes on my YouTube, along with a ton of Shorts of authors pitching their books.
